The support information on this website is specifically for installation of the CD-ROM Intranet version of BNF. Enquiries and support for all other versions of BNF, including BNF.org and MedicinesComplete should be directed to Brook House.
Administrators should consult the manual before installing this product. Whilst the BNF Intranet product should install without issue in most Windows server environments, some local security policies may cause installation problems. Administrators who experience a problem that cannot be resolved after consulting the manual should contact technical support by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 0845-602-1694 (Monday to Friday 10:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00)
End users of the BNF Intranet publication and Local Formulary Toolkit users should direct all enquiries to and seek support from their system administrator.
